Overview

The Douglas DC-3 is a low-wing propeller aircraft built by Douglas Aircraft Company. Airborne Imaging uses a DC-3 for remote sensing research. It has a maximum flight altitude of 14,000 feet, a range of 1,200 nautical miles, and can fly for up to 8 hours.
