Overview

The micro DataHawk is an unmanned aircraft system developed and operated by the University of Colorado. The DataHawk is a low-cost, small platform making it easily portable and suitable for use as a disposable sensor platform. It is a self-deployed surface-sonde (SDSS) micro UAV meaning it is designed to land at a specific region and become a surface sensor.
